GEORGE MARINOV

(Teteven, 1995)

Stage director, lighting desingner and actor.


Among his stage creations are: Il senso della Carne (2020), in artistic residency by the company Societas Raffaello Sanzio (Italy), Nidos de Hormigón (2019), Los versos de la indagación (2018), Derecho a Nada (2017) and "AMBRE" (2016) - Young Ideas Award City of Castellón.

He created the stage space and lighting for the play Cicuta Contagiosa (2021) directed by Miguel Deblas and premiered at Réplika Teatro - Centro Internacional de Creación; as well as for the play Moritūrī tē Salūtant (2021), by the company Raíces Aéreas.

Graduated in Stage Direction and Acting in Text Theatre from the Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático of Madrid (RESAD). He studied at Scuola Cònia, Tecnica della Rappresentazione (Cesena, Italy) directed by Claudia Castellucci. In the field of action art with Bartolomé Ferrando, André É. Teodosio (Teatro Praga), Abel Azcona or Javier Nuñez Gascó.
